About Me

I grew up traveling to Kansas to help with my Grandparent’s small business and farm. I fell in love with the sense of community found in a small town. For the past 30 years in Colorado, the Kansas experience gave me a great appreciation for the homes and buildings that make up a community. 

The individual systems (structure, roof, plumbing, electric, etc.) are all meant to work together so that the home performs as efficiently as possible. I am passionate to make sure you are informed about your property and report the details of the working condition of all of these systems.  In today’s world of rising energy costs, it is more important than ever to understand the state of the property you are buying. 

Matthew enjoys cooking, gardening, lots of mountain adventures and home improvement in his free time.
